woody allen's alternate-side parking

from his vicky cristina barcelona production diary:
"When I approach the set each morning bathed and freshly scented, between Scarlett and Penélope there is a virtual feeding frenzy. I never like mixing business with pleasure, but I may have to slake the lust of each one in turn to get the film completed. Perhaps I can give Penélope Wednesdays and Fridays, satisfying Scarlett Tuesdays and Thursdays. Like alternate-side parking."

  1. This was brilliant and reminded me of groucho marx's frantic train of thought.

But christian and I both agreed that you chose a rather less absurd quotation and therefore mislead us to believe it was actually real. haha. thank god we followed the link!
