missouri's claire mccaskill is one of only a handful of senators who have absolutely no earmarks - solo or shared - in the omnibus spending bill being voted on this week (a list that includes wisconsin's russ feingold and arizona's john mccain.)
she took to the floor today to take her fellow senators to task:
