Well, considering that the Bush family and the Texas oil barons have been cronies since before Bush I was VP, that's a pretty easy question. This is a government that benefits corporations at the expense of people. I think Bush II is probably grateful to Osama for having given him a chance to wage profitable war. Saw a great stage production of 1984 here in LA...there are lots of frightening contemporary parallels to the War is Peace mentality in that story.
