I wondered about this. Whenever there's a formal speech by a GOP member, I always feel like I'm not being told all the information (were you the one who blogged about "Pelosi's field mouse"?)
Don't "waste" the money now so we can waste it 3 fold later. That's fiscal responsibility, huh?
Republicans have this terrible habit of leaving figures out of their budgetary calculations - much like we've found Bush did with the, um...er...what're those big things we're funding?....oh right, War. Two of them. They do realize that "fiscal conservativism" doesn't count if you don't include alll the numbers, right?
